Any item purchased must be returned within fourteen days with original receipt for store credit. Returned items must remain unwashed, unworn with original tags attached.

Shipped Items
This policy also applies to any items shipped to you. Shipped items may be returned for store credit if postmarked within 14 days of original shipping date and must be unwashed, unworn, with original tags intact. You will be responsible for payment of any additional postage charges you incur.

Defective Items
If an item has a defect it must be reported within 2 days of purchase in-person at the store or via phone or email. We do inspect all items before placing on the sales floor and apologize if this happens.

Please take care to wash all items according to their tag instructions. DO NOT wash "hand wash only" items in the washing machine - not even on the delicate cycle. Please wash these items ONLY in the sink or tub with a gentle soap.
